Hello, I’m Harry, and Marine Spec is part of my small UK-based business trading under HJM CREATIONS. These terms and conditions set out how orders and services work here. By using this website or placing an order, you’re agreeing to the terms below.

1. Who You’re Buying From
Marine Spec is a trading name of HJM CREATIONS, a sole trader business based in the UK.
Payments will appear on your bank statement as HJM CREATIONS.
2. Orders
Orders are accepted subject to availability.
You’ll receive an email confirmation after ordering — this confirms your order has been received but doesn’t guarantee acceptance.
In rare cases, orders may be cancelled (e.g. if a product is out of stock or incorrectly priced). If this happens, you’ll be refunded in full.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
I’m not VAT registered, so no VAT is added or included.
Payments are accepted securely via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout.
I never store your payment details — everything is handled securely by trusted payment providers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are dispatched the next working day, though occasionally it may take a little longer depending on workload or stock.
UK orders are typically sent via Royal Mail First Class, unless a different method is more suitable.
Merchandise orders (including stickers and apparel) are printed and shipped directly by a third-party provider. These usually dispatch within 5 working days using their chosen courier.
Local collection is available for non-merchandise items — just select the pickup option at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds

In short:
Most unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
Live products and custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
6. Product Info
I do my best to provide accurate product descriptions and images. If something turns out to be not as described, and it's still unused, you're always welcome to return it.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I can’t be held responsible for any indirect or unexpected losses that come from using this website or any Marine Spec products — but if something’s gone wrong, I’ll always do my best to put it right.
8. Copyright & Content
All text, images, and other content on this site are owned by me (Harry, trading as Marine Spec) unless credited otherwise. Please don’t reuse or copy anything without permission.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important. Please read the Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information is collected, used, and stored.
10. Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under this legal framework.
